 When I lived in Staten Island I used to go back to the old neighborhood and saw all the changes. It was good for the area at the time and Chelsea is still a hot area now.  I live in Wellington, Florida now which is in Palm Beach and is a big Polo area (equestrian homes). I don't own a horse but like the rural country type area.  We are about 30 minutes from the ocean in a family community.  It is beautiful here compared to NYC but I miss the city and return about two times a year.  My boys go back more often and I have an older son who lives in Seneca Falls, NY near Oswego.  Recently he became a chiropractic physician.  After 25 years with FDNY I am retired now but still like to keep busy.  I play golf, meddle with stocks and officiate high school basketball games.

It is good we are planning a reunion so that we can renew old friendships and reminisce about the "hood".
