      "Growing up in New York City will always hold a special place in my heart. I have so many fond memories growing up in Chelsea, especially St. Bernard's and all the kids I hung out with at 13th Street Park,  15th Street, the Fulton Houses , the Village, St Anthony's Feast, watching basketball games, all the school plays at St. Bernard's, milk and cookie break, prayer 3 times a day, Sister Margaret, Sister Eileen, Sister Aquinas, all the lay teachers, choir practice, singing at Midnight Mass, Cardinal Hayes boys, the Mulligans, the Gallaghers, the Hennessys. I could go on and on. It was a simple and happy time. This is a fun site. Hope to attend the reunion."
